Antique “Ivoire de Luxe” French ivory brush with natural bristles. This is ivory celluloid- an early synthetic material made in the late 19th century to imitate the appearance of natural ivory. No tusks included!! Celluloid pieces are quite collectible nowadays. This works great for removing hair or particles off clothes, shinning up shoes, and can even work as a hairbrush. From the late 19th century to very early 20th century- the bristles are well used but it’s still in good overall condition.

Vintage items will likely show signs of age and use. This is part of their vintage charm.
