1981 MCA Records Jassercize gift pack by Judy Sheppard Missett. This is packed like an LP record for fun, but it actually just includes a cassette tape & huge 20 x 40 inch fold-out instructional poster. “The jazz-dance fitness program that conditions your body, lifts your spirit, puts a smile on your face & a bounce in your step! A wild & woolly workout!” In unused, like-new condition. The songs on the cassette coordinate to the steps on the poster.
